BCWMC Annual Reports
Minnesota Rules Chapter 8410,
"Metropolitan Area Local Water Management" requires water
management organizations (WMOs) to submit an annual report to the Board of
Water and Soil Resources and to provide communication to inform the public
of the WMO's activities. The Bassett Creek Watershed Management
Commission's annual report, published each spring, identifies the BCWMC's
representative from each city and discusses goals and policies of the
organization along with its annual and future projected work plans and
other information on the BCWMC's activities.
