Major Plan Amendment - 2011September 2011 - Public Hearing - At its September 15, 2011, meeting, the BCWMC approved Resolution 11-08 approving and adopting its Major Plan Amendment. - The BCWMC will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 15, 2011, on two of the proposed improvements contained in its proposed major plan amendment to its Watershed Management Plan. - On August 26, 2011, the BCWMC received the Order from the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources approving the BCWMC's amendment to its Watershed Management Plan. June 2011 - Public Hearing -The BCWMC will hold a public hearing on its proposed major plan amendment to its Watershed Management Plan at its June 16, 2011, meeting at 11:30 a.m. at Golden Valley City Hall (7800 Golden Valley Road, Golden Valley, MN 55427). May 2011 - 60-Day Comment Period Closes -On April 26, 2011, the BCWMC received official comments from the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) regarding BWSR's 60-day review of the the BCWMC's proposed 2011 major plan amendment to its Capital Improvement Plan. The 60-day comment period on the proposed major plan amendment closed on May 2, 2011.
