Project Description

The BCWMC, in cooperation with the City of Crystal, constructed the North Branch Bassett Creek Restoration Project to stabilize and restore streambanks along this reach of the creek. The project improved water quality by reducing the amount of sediment entering the creek from erosion. The project included repairing actively eroding stream bank sites and installing measures to protect existing stream banks from future erosion.
