Submit an application to have your project reviewed

COVID-19 Update:

During Minnesota's Stay at Home Order, BCWMC engineers will continue to receive and process project applications normally, and continue to provide a high level of responsive service. Project materials should be submitted electronically to jherbert@barr.com (provide link to drawings and submittal information for large files). When feasible (or after Stay at Home order is lifted) please send hard copies of drawings.

Review fees and the original signed application should continue to be mailed to:

Download, complete, and mail the following form(s):

  • Pre-application Form and Fee for Manufactured Treatment Devices For projects proposing to use an MTD and seek higher pollutant removal efficiencies than those certified through the General Use Level Designation (GULD) certification for phosphorus treatment from the Washington Department of Ecology’s Technology Assessment Protocol – Ecology (TAPE) program.

Once you obtain the City staff signature on the form, mail or deliver the completed application, a check payable to Bassett Creek WMC for the required fee, and project attachments (project plans: one full size (paper), one 11x17 (paper), and one electronic (pdf) (jherbert@barr.com) to:
